Amazing Historic Bronze Map Created

Let your fingers take you back in time on the surface of this beautiful, custom bronze map of the estate. This unique piece depicts the estate circa 1940 and will be located in the lobby of the new Visitor Center. Since it's a historic map, you can also see what's no longer there on the estate -- like a Boat House that burned down in Eleanor's later years, a tennis court and the old gardens and greenhouses.

The map is another great piece of historical interpretation that helps bring you in to the story of the estate. Ford House worked with Rebechini Studios to create the casting of the map.
